Tag Team Gauntlent
Have you ever thought about a workout and immediately write it down, pen to paper, only to soon realize that during your training, you stop and ask yourself …. damn, what was I thinking!? On paper, the workouts look good in application; you may have overreached. I’ve been there and have even cut the workout short. But what if I told you that those incredibly long and detailed exercises are critical to breaking past a certain threshold? What if these almost seemingly impossible training days could boast effectiveness, and you're having fun while doing it? Enter the tag team gauntlet! We created the gauntlet method to bring about a challenging routine that anyone can do, and it can prove to be difficult regardless of your level.
August 10th, 2025, we hosted our very first gauntlet event. It was an epic day of family vibes building their communities together, and on that day, we had two teams training at maximum capacity while still completing 1000 total reps!

In the gauntlet, no matter what’s going on during your set, if you're exhausted or if your teammates are cheering, for completion of the set, you can always ask for a tag so that someone in your squad can complete the reps for you!
The moment people see 100 reps of anything, the mind begins to drift to that space where you may ponder, “ damn, can I do this “? With good teammates, yes, pushing you with great spirit and intention absolutely. You may not be able to get all the reps, and that’s ok. Tag someone in, get your rest, and get back in action. There is a surreal feeling watching your team struggle and work as hard, if not harder than you. This is what setting the standard looks like: it’s a mindset, not just a physical way of getting tougher or stronger or having clean technique. We create a space where people can give their best effort and not feel negatively criticized, yet still aim to be competitive and have fun.
