The STS Battle Royal is a true test of performance. Athletes face off 1-on-1 in 3 different events:

  • Max Strength: 1-rep max Dip + Pull-Up

  • Circuit Challenge: A timed endurance and conditioning gauntlet

  • Last One Standing: Last one to let go wins.

Each round pushes limits. Each matchup crowns a winner.

Weekly Classes

  • Core & Molbility

    A foundation-focused session that builds stability, posture, and control. Expect targeted core work paired with dynamic mobility drills designed to improve range of motion, protect your joints, and unlock stronger performance.

  • Lower Strength

    Dedicated to developing raw leg power and endurance. This class emphasizes progressive strength training for the lower body — squats, lunges, jumps, and weighted variations — to increase strength, balance, and explosive capacity.

  • Upper Strength

    This class is built to develop upper body strength and endurance. A mix of bodyweight and weighted exercises will challenge your pushing and pulling power while building muscle definition and resilience.
