Submit an application below to be included in the community. You have the option to challenge others or will be given an opponent based on each of your fitness capabilities. Core & Molbility
A foundation-focused session that builds stability, posture, and control. Expect targeted core work paired with dynamic mobility drills designed to improve range of motion, protect your joints, and unlock stronger performance.

Lower Strength
Dedicated to developing raw leg power and endurance. This class emphasizes progressive strength training for the lower body — squats, lunges, jumps, and weighted variations — to increase strength, balance, and explosive capacity.

Upper Strength
This class is built to develop upper body strength and endurance. A mix of bodyweight and weighted exercises will challenge your pushing and pulling power while building muscle definition and resilience.
